Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- R50 or free for orders over R500
Delivery Method:
Estimated Delivery Time:
- 3 – 5 business days from the first business day after the order has been placed.
- Delivery occurs on Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00. Courier branch hours may vary by location and on weekends or holidays.
- Extended delivery lead time may apply during peak periods such as Seasonal Sale, Black Friday and Festive periods.

How to track the status of your order:
To track the status of your order, log into your account and click on “My orders”.
Only once your parcel has been collected by our chosen courier service provider, will you be able to track the location of your parcel.
With handover to the courier, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your parcel has been collected by the drivers and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.
Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number.
Track your parcel at https://optimise.parcelninja.com/shipment/track/ .
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the order has been handed over to the courier.
Not happy with your purchase? Log a return for a refund or exchange as follows:
Option 1 – Home collection – only applicable if your order was Door2Door delivery:
Log into your account and follow the simple steps below:
- Login using your email address and the OTP sent to your email address.
- View your orders.
- Select an order to view more details.
- Click on the “request return” button to start logging the return.
- Follow the rest of the guided return process.
Option 2 – Drop off – applicable to Door2Door and Click & Collect orders:
Return or exchange your online order to a Pargo Point near you. Select from over 500+ Pargo Points to drop your return parcel off.
Log your return at https://returns.pargo.co.za/crick_group. And follow the 3 simple steps below:
- Enter your physical address and select your preferred Pargo Point from the list to drop off your return.
- Complete your details including your: order number and reason for return.
- After submitting, Superga will confirm and you will receive an OTP via sms and email from Pargo with further instructions.
Returns Terms and Conditions
- Please read our full refund and exchange policy here .
- For exchanges, a voucher code will be generated and sent once the goods have been collected and received at the Superga warehouse. The voucher code can then be used to start a new transaction, to purchase the item you would prefer. Simply enter the code into the “discount code” field at checkout.
- Refunds will be processed once the goods have been collected and received, within 5-10 working days from receipt at the Superga warehouse, depending on your bank.
Please Note:
- If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
