In 1911 in Torino Italy, Walter Martiny started the production of rubber-soled footwear branded with the Superga logo. In 1925, his designs expanded to include footwear with vulcanised rubber soles, and the Superga 2750 style was born! After the war, Superga restarted operations specialising solely in the production of high-quality footwear.

In the 1970’s, Superga diversified to add sport shoes with technical attributes. Now, the collections include a vast array of styles and colours in addition to the original Superga vulcanised and Sport lines. The 2750 has been an icon from the beginning. Long a favourite for taking Italians from the city to the beach to weekends away, it is easy to wear and designed to dress up casual sportswear.
