  • Click and collect: R50 or free over R500
  • Door2door: R80 or free over R800

Delivery processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Delivery method: Pargo Click and Collect

Estimated delivery time:

  • Up to 3 working days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel from the supplier.
  • Up to 5 working days for more remote regional areas.

Delivery confirmation & tracking

Pargo delivers excellent notifications throughout your parcel journey by SMS and email. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected by their couriers, and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.

Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number

Delivery method: Pargo Home Delivery

Estimated delivery time:

  • Delivery will take place in 2-5 working days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel.
  • Allow 5-7 working days for more remote regional areas.
  • If your parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team on support@pargo.co.za or call 021 447 3636 so that we can resolve the issue.

What time will my parcel be delivered?

You can expect your delivery between 9am and 5pm on the day Pargo notifies you that your parcel is “out for delivery today”. Look out for notifications via email or SMS.

How many attempts at delivery will Pargo make to my door?

Pargo will attempt door delivery a maximum of 3 times after which your parcel will be returned to Superga. Please contact Superga if you have missed all 3 delivery attempts to make alternative arrangements.

What happens if you miss a home delivery

If the courier cannot find your address, or the address is too vague, or there is no answer at the given address, then a delivery attempt may be unsuccessful.

After 2 failed attempts, Pargo will escalate to you to help resolve either by providing an alternative address, or an alternative contact number for the receiver. You will have 24 hours to assist Pargo in resolution, and a final delivery attempt will follow based on the updated information.

Delivery method: Pargo Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Return or exchange your online order to a Pargo Point near you. Select from over 500+ Pargo Point’s to drop your return parcel off.

Refunds and exchanges are processed through Pargo Returns. Log your return at https://returns.pargo.co.za/crick_group. And follow the 4 simple steps below:

  1. Enter your address and select your preferred Pargo Point from the list to drop off your return.
  2. Complete your details including your: order number and reason for return.
  3. After submitting, Superga will confirm and you will receive an OTP via sms and email from Pargo with further instructions.

Returns terms and conditions

  • Exchanges can only be processed through Pargo Returns. No home collections are available.
  • Items marked down for clearance purposes (even if damaged) are sold “voetstoots” and will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • For exchanges, a voucher code will be generated and sent once the goods have been collected and received at the Superga warehouse. The voucher code can then be used to start a new transaction, to purchase the item you would prefer.
  • Refunds will be processed once the goods have been collected and received, within 5-10 working days from receipt at the Superga warehouse, depending on your bank.
